Buy L-Dopa Mucuna supplement online

It is also true that the distribution of neurotransmitters in the brain is different in each person. That is why some antipsychotics work better than others in other people. Tomorrow I will take 2 pills at the same time and see if something happens. Today I took the pill and felt somewhat better in spirits but I am not sure if it is because of the pill, and I also slept in the afternoon. I think the effect was not very stimulating. :joy:

I don’t notice any change. My mood is almost the same. Tomorrow I will take 3 capsules instead of 2.

I have tried it, it really only started inducing psychosis, but I could feel it and stopped it before going over the edge.

Don’t reduce your antipsychotic without consulting with your psychiatrist.

I just took 3 capsules of 52.5 mg each of L-Dopa. I’ll let you know in 1 hour if anything happens.

I don’t notice any difference. Not in my mood or anything. It must be because the dose is low. Tomorrow I will take 4 capsules.

I took 4 capsules 5 minutes ago. I will update in 1 hour.

Yea you’re probably better avoiding the stuff. It’s not that good anyway. Don’t take too much though

I’ve read that vitamin D has a mood-boosting effect. But I can’t take just any dose and I don’t think it will counteract the sedation of the antipsychotic. It would be a waste of money. If only I could find some supplement that is stimulating and lasts for most of the day.

@Nirvana

Too much vitamin D makes me depressed, so I have fish 2 times a week. That’s enough for me.

It’s the meds making you emotionally numb, can you lower the dose and still be sane?

Have much calcium are you having in your diet?

My psychiatrist does not want to reduce the dose of Vraylar or change me to a milder antipsychotic. It is a strict criterion of his. On one occasion he got angry and told me that he does not prescribe doses of Abilify less than 15 mg, in a context where I asked him on the phone to lower the dose. I wanted to change psychiatrist but my parents do not let me. On one occasion I took half a pill of Abilify, 7.5 mg, and I was still just as sedated and suicidal and depressed. Only with 7.5 mg. That is why I think that in my case if my psychiatrist does not give me an off-label dose, that is to say below a standard dose according to the leaflet, I will never have peace. I have told my psychiatrist and he does not want to.

I’m fine with calcium at the moment. I happen to have had a vitamin D deficiency in the past. But I read that vitamin D helps to boost mood, but I doubt it will do anything against sedation.

I have never had a psychotic outbreak while taking antipsychotics, so I never tried an off-label dose of an antipsychotic, I couldn’t even make the attempt, which is why I’m angry with my psychiatrist.

I used to experiment with supplements. I had bad negative symptoms early on. I just accept them now and barely notice them anymore.

Have you heard of or tried Alpha Brain? It’s a nootropic. It’s kind of expensive and might not work for everyone. They also have Focus Factor which is more affordable.

For me, anything that increases dopamine is not good.

They say the right nutrition and exercise can improve brain functioning and increase dopamine and other neurotransmitters.

It also helps to have a positive living situation and a talk therapist.

Basically, a good support system.

I know what you mean about psychiatrists. It depends on the person. They like to think they have a hold on you. When you’re the one taking the meds, you know how your body works. A lot of psychiatrists don’t know about antipsychotics, they just prescribe them off the book.

What I did was go on risperidone consta, then take small amounts of abilify (0.3mg) once every 3-4 months.

The small amounts of abilify cancel out the side effects of risperidone, so your basically normal.

@anon76260202 I have never heard of that supplement. I cannot exercise because I cannot go to the gym, due to the fear of people that the antipsychotic itself produces in me. I am currently seeing a therapist.
And I also lost control over my appetite because of the antipsychotic. I binge eat every 2 hours.
I have thought about giving up many times, but I am still holding out hope because this year I will probably be given a disability pension. My psychiatrist gave me a very strong justification, in addition to having me present all the required documentation. Once I have my monthly money I will go to a one-room apartment to live alone, and there I will begin to take low doses of antipsychotic on my own.

@Green That’s what I told my psychiatrist on one occasion. I told him that every psychiatrist has a different opinion. The problem is that I should search and search until I find the right psychiatrist. But I don’t have the money to become independent, and my parents are doing everything wrong too.

You should be able the write a complaint, that’s what I did.

I had a horrible evil woman for a psychiatrists, but change to a better psychiatrist.
