Anyone ever made a website?

idk if its a waste of my time but i’d love to have my own page,

like i have a blog on wordpress but idk if its an actual website, its not got a lot of features though, i’d like a professional one and i’d have it as like a journal that i can share.

if anyone knows anywhere that is like an online scrapbook type thing let me know please

Websites are ok but there are so many of them out there it is very expensive to get one noticed, if you make one

More people on this site need to keep journals and share wisdom on a blog. Would be a learning experience.

I have a blog but I’m not ready to share it yet. Maybe after a month on my alternate treatment I’ll have enough info to share.

My partner made a gaming site with a bunch of their friends several years ago. They used squarespace and it was super easy.

A lot of us do.

We’re just not permitted to share it.

I posted about sharing my blog in a thread and didn’t get any clear refusal to do so … I think it’s a grey area.

Someone should just post it and test the waters IMO.

As long as it’s not some blatant cash grab and just informative philosophy I don’t see that it would be a big deal.

I dont want to risk getting yelled at by the mods.

@Ninjastar will attack me when I’m sleeping.

@anon4362788 will probably eat my brains.

I dont know what @anon9798425 will do and I dont want to find out.

No, it’s not. Sharing blogs is not OK.

Don’t. Just ask. This shows us that you’d rather bend the rules than ask what they are, which isn’t a good thing.

That’s right you don’t!

I nearly became a web designer once, I even got accepted at a job interview and everything (before the illness). It would take you years to learn to make one professionally. I would say Wordpress is good enough for what your doing.

Took me a good 2 years of going to college.

Wordpress is pretty easy to use and is free if you don’t mind including ads in your page. If you need a custom URL it costs like $16 a year for one otherwise you have to use a more cryptic one.

A lot of people and businesses are making Facebook pages instead of webpages. I don’t think they cost anything yet unless you use their marketing ad system.

Most of the internet is made up of wordpress anyways, if you learn some simple coding, wordpress can take you a long way

I bought an address for an idea I had that never fully took off. The idea was to make lots of random TShirts, most with just simple sentences on them, that were all inspired by funny ideas a friend and I had.

This was back when I was in the early stages of schizophrenia and thought my attention problems was just ADD. ADDshirts was what I wanted to title the business. If I was still fluid in thinking, meaning much more witty and sharp than I am now, I would try my hand at making it a reality.

Sadly and truthfully I have changed and don’t have the jokes and humor that I used to have, I wonder if it’s the meds or disease.

Ninjas don’t attack when you’re sleeping. We slip out of the shadows while you’re walking down a dark alley.

I just fell asleep and I was struck.
