Some of you may have seen my post about 7cups, a support website where you can chat with ‘listeners’ or their AI bot or therapists and of course there is a limit unless you pay.
There is a similar website called BuddyHelp that offers similar services. I asked to chat with someone 2 hours ago and it is still saying “take a deep breath, we are connecting you with your listener.”
I like these types of sites, but they are very limited in the help you can get and the chats are limited too

No, I have not paid on buddy help, but I did choose to sign up for premium on 7cups, so I can have more access to listeners and ‘noni’, the bot
I know its nice to just be able to talk and have someone listen. I dont really feel the need for it presently, but sometimes I do when I have a lot of stress. I wonder if the service you pay for is any good if you are looking elsewhere

I actually had to send a ticket to support about it. I purchased a premium membership which means chat access every day and I got cut off. So, while I was waiting for 7cups support to get back to me I went to BuddyHelp. Hope that answers your question
Have you tried Pi? It’s the closest thing we have to an ai therapist right now. It’s actually quite impressive and it’s free. Give it time though. We’re not so far away from chat bots that are on par with your average psychologist.
It’s a chatbot like GPT but the focus is on empathy and understanding. There’s an app and a website. Just type in pi in your App Store or pi ai into google if you want to use it on your browser.
