That’s the one I’m using. I find it good. Everyone’s different I guess.
We are opposites in supplement reactions.
I don’t like l theanine, or bs extract etc. Where as I love nac and lion’s mane.
We just react differently to them.
That’s so true actually.
I just started broccoli supplement today.
I stopped taking it as there seems to be some interaction between beta alanine and broccoli sprout extract. And I’d prefer to take beta alanine. Good luck with it.
What is beta Alanine?
It’s just another supplement. I found it takes the edge off things for me. I’ve gone from 1200mg L-theanine to 400mg L-theanine with it.

I take a 750mg capsule and 200mg L-theanine on waking.
I tried taking 2 capules but after a while I got muscle cramps so had to cut back to just one. Which was a pity as 2 capsules really relaxed me.
I am exhausted. This long-suffering will never end. I will give Zoloft a try on Wednesday. Mental illness is a battle. I don’t know how strong I have to be after so many years.
It’s a battle and you’ve no choice but to keep fighting. Hopefully you’ll have some luck with zoloft.
Folks - I’ve recently started taking Moringa powder, which is mentioned in this youtube video below… it is very high in Sulphurophane which is the compound in broccoli that has shown many general health, and brain, benefits. its quite cheap on Amazon - will link to what I purchased:
I purchased this one - about $28 for 5lbs, so a lot… I put it in my blueberry smoothies with yogurt and apples, etc.
And here is more information on sulphorphane and glutathione and how it helps people:
I try to regularly eat broccoli. I hope it is good enough. Not exactly the same as broccoli sprouts but still.
Does it lowers positive symptoms though, could it replace low dose medication?
I have broccoli sprouts in my kitchen right now! (I didn’t read this until just now, so it’s not related) And tons more seeds. A pack of seeds is less than $2USD. That seems the way to go in my eyes.
I wonder if the fact that I craved and ate TONS of broccoli during one pregnancy helped that kid stay sane. The other kid has psychotic episodes. The broccoli one is very intelligent and is developing typically.
