Any info on sulforaclear by metagenetics?

I’m taking 1 instead of 2 capsules, because of gas lol. 1 capsule is much better. Their 5mg capsules.

Yup I’m going to have to try just eating more of it. I take 2 of the meds it warned it might interact with.

Placebo or coincidence? It’s only day 2 but I really feel like leaving the house today. (I still didn’t though unfortunately). I find myself wishing there was somebody I could go out with.

It’s all very subtle so far so it could be placebo. Or coincidence.

Since there’s such an issue with supplement quality/usefulness, perhaps the only way to know if you’re a responder is to get some actual sprouts and eat a few ounces several days in a row.

Some ā€œnaturalā€ or gourmet groceries sell them, at least here (major US city). Just got to make sure it’s broccoli and not alfalfa or bean sprouts.

It might be a good idea to use a supplement in conjunction with the sprouts. As long as your getting the myrosinase any of the sulforaphane supplements should do the trick.

Well I feel my normal grumpy dumpy self today. So yesterday’s boost was placebo/coincidence i think.

1 week in, I feel good so far.

Give it 7 days. Find a health food store and get some actual sprouts. Take a bit of them with whatever supplement your using.

Day 4 or 5 I can’t remember. But it’s doing nothing for me so far. But no side effects so far either.

I got this broccoli stuff today. It says to take one or two a day. How many should I take and when?

I think mine says the same and I’m taking 2 when I get up.

BUT !

It’s making me gassy. Which might be a problem if you’re working a job like you.

So try 2 and if you get too gassy drop it down to one to see if that helps the gassy problem.

I have to ride around in a car with 3 women tomorrow. Don’t want to be gassy. I will pass. I haven’t had any luck with any of those other supplements. Two of them made me worse.

My wife would ride my ass if she knew I ordered another one.

It doesn’t seem to be doing anything for me other than making me gassy anyway. I’ll report back on the thread if that changes.

I only take 1 and the gas is okay now. I feel fine so far.
