Breathing still the same hasnt improved much any

I was having trouble getting my breath when I started developing diabetes and before I took medication for it. Once I started Metformin for my diabetes I was able to breathe normally again. Not saying it’s the same for you, but if I was in your position I would resume the Metformin and see if it helps. Sorry you’re having a rough time I hope you’re better soon.

These are not cheap, but my work benefits purchased one for me:

It is an oxygen concentrator. It sucks in ambient air, purifies it, discards the nitrogen, and delivers oxygen in pulses synchronized with your breathing. It provides Level 2 supplementation. I use it for strenuous activities. If there is a way you can get something like it you may find it helpful.

There are cheap budget versions of the same on Amazon for about $440. I bought one as a backup and it is nowhere near as good as an Inogen, but better than nothing.

Hope this helps?

Thanks I will ask my sleep dr when I see them if Inogen would help me She the sleep dr said my oxygrn never dropped below 86 percent at night when I did my at home pulse ox study in the last 6 months or better but who knows I may need supplemental oxygen along with my Cpap some cpaps have a way to hook up supplemental oxtgen to the machine somehow I seen people who were on inagen or something like it and will start back on my metformin tonight and then tomorrow morning will take it along with my metropolol and maybe ease back into raking my psych meds Will let everyone know once I start my metformin and metropolo l back if my breathing improves somewhat after back taking my meds then I know to never ever to stop my meds cold turkey ever again also will ask.my sleep dr about inogen if I would be a good candiate for it or not and also use my cpap at night like I used . to be able to use my cpap and wear my cpap mask forvat least 7 to 12 hours a night before I got sick just recently started back on it.and Im lucky to use it for 3 hours a night right now but I guess thats a start and better than no nights at all

Thanks two months is really is way to long to not be able to catch my breath

86% is considered low enough to go to the ER. You’re supposed to seek medical advice when it hits 92%. I do hope it doesn’t stay that low???
