I used to have this problem of being out of breath for no reason, it happened when i was becoming diabetic. Once i was diagnosed and given medication for diabetes the problem went away.
that could be possible that I may be becoming diabetic I don’t know I am on metformin known a s a diabetic med because the doctor wanted me to try it to lose weight with possibly which I haven’t noticed much weight loss some in the beginning but not a lot. Also, he wanted me to take metformin to help with my high insulin to help bring it down it did for a while not helping anymore right now my insulin levels are higher now than they ever been
If you don’t mind saying, what’s your A1C levels @psychward101?
They were around 5.5 last time I had it checked but thats been awhile now I hate to know what they are because been eating alot lately and snacking too much I need to cut the snacking and eating so much or too much down but easier said than done
5.5 is considered non diabetic @psychward101
Not even prediabetes
But yeah you should see what your levels are now
