Breakfast ideas?

For breakfast I have cornflakes and raw oats with raisins, banana, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, and soya milk. A big bowl can keep me going till noon coffee break :slight_smile:

I always eat either Grape Nuts and hot water and milk and sugar, or Granola and milk, or Frosted mini wheats and milk. And always my cup of decaf coffee too.
