Vegan breakfast solutions

I saw a video recently of breakfast around the world and it got me thinking. Also currently I’m trying to come up with whole food plant based breakfast ideas I can eat. Any suggestions or even benign links?

My breakfast was an egg, some egg whites, spinach, and salsa scrambled together. Had some refried beans on the side. 250 calories and very filling. Ovo-lacto vegetarian, but there you go.

Soy drink with cereals or Muesli.

fruit smoothies with oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate spread… cashew - coconut - almond milk.

My personal favorite is to blend kale, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, water, and maybe throw in a banana or some berries to sweeten it up a bit.

I love my Ninja.

Not sure where you are located but these plant based smoothies rock with the Ninja.

Put it in the bin! I joke. I have alpen muesli with no added sugar with stevia practically every day. Healthy or what? :slight_smile:
