I just had my Geodon switched from 80 mg at night to 40 in the morning and 40 in the evening. Now I have to eat 500 calories at breakfast, and I have no idea how to do that. What are some good breakfast meals I can make without much effort? I am super lazy in the morning, so the easier, the better! To make it even more challenging, all suggestions must be vegetarian.
Porridge is quick and easy, you can add all sorts from honey or fruit to add flavour and extra calories. Eggs are an easy and variable option if you aren’t vegan. Pancakes are tasty, or bread dipped in a beaten egg then fried… works with sweet or savoury toppings… those are a few of my favourites.
I always just boil an 18 pk. of boiled eggs…put under water and reach the boil for 12 minutes…immediately pour out the pan water in the sink and fill with cool water …let set one minute and then pour that out…refill the water over the eggs finally and let cool thirty minutes. perfect eggs…always delicious with salt and pepper in the morning…I eat 3 every morning…very filling and sticks to your ribs…hope this helps.

I usually have a banana and a probiotic yogurt with fruits and seeds = 400 calories at minimum + a glass a cashew milk.
Omelets are like the world’s easiest meal. Plenty of protein, and you can throw all the veggies in them you want, and the whole production takes about 5 minutes.
If sometime you’re just looking for any kind of calories, even empty calories, fix butter and jam on toast. You don’t have to do that all the time, but if, on occasion, you want any kind of calories you can get, break out the butter, jam, and toast.

I adore eating bread and sweets .
The other day I had chewy chocolate muffin for breakfast.
But I’m trying to lose a few kg so should quit eating that.
I have had periods of eating porridge with oats,linseed and sometimes other things too and I eat that with brown sugar or syrup and milk.
Toasted cheese sandwich but I hear it’s fattening.
This morning I had milo and also a caramel late sachet with hot water.
Also a mandarin.
I usually love eating and good.️

I do the exact same, and I mean the exact same cooking method.
I make sure there are always hard boiled eggs in the fridge, I like to eat 2 in the morning, and I put some “Franks Buffalo hot sauce” on them.

I was starting to have heart palpitations. I recently lost 20% of my body weight, and my body just can’t handle all 80 mg at once any more. They’re hoping that breaking the dose up will stop the side effects.

Okay, my first breakfast attempt was almost successful. I managed to get about 450 calories before I just couldn’t fit any more into my body. I had zucchini bread that my friend had made. Hopefully, my body will adjust to the idea of a large meal in the morning soon.
