What did you have for breakfast?

I just had some regular oatmeal with butter. It was good but filling. I couldn’t eat all of it.

I had cottage cheese on rye bread toast sprinkled with olive oil and salt.
It’s low sodium cottage cheese.

I like breakfast foods the best, but rarely have breakfast… my coffee intake sees me through till lunch.

Sadly I have hang ups feeding, shame based stuff deeply in me, and I have a dog we’re watching who always makes me feel worse to boot about eating in front of him. I give in plenty but he’s older now, and overweight.

Back when I lived in my mom’s house, I used to feed the dogs begging when I was eating too.

I didn’t have breakfast. I get nauseous if I eat in the morning, no idea why

I’ve been known to have spoonfuls of cream cheese, sometimes peanut butter, or maybe ‘house’ some potatoe bread, to satiate, and get it over with quickly.

We’re hosting my bro’s young/new fam today so that is a nice thing. Pediatrician said she doesn’t like how the toddler doesn’t have expressive language. I can not wait to help, I’m the least bothered by the comment, and on this occasion i am the rock, and this is my ‘wheelhouse’. Are you new @anon54988740 ?

Well, there are worse things than peanut butter. I’m diabetic and have to stay away from things like rice that have a high Glycemic Index. Regular oatmeal, not instant, is ok though.

No, I haven’t been replying much lately. I’ve been a member for five years now, but I changed my name last Fall when I was paranoid. My pdoc upped my Abilify to 15mg, and the paranoia went away. I switched to Abilify last Summer.

I dabbled in this site 10 years or so ago, but didn’t become more regular until they revamped it.

Still think about a poster who went by the name of ’jman’ who heard a lot of voices, and had a jerry Garcia delusion. He was missing part of his finger irl, like jerry Garcia, and that type of share, reminded me of me with my delusion.
