Hi, hope y’all are well !
My last screen name was “follement”.
I currently look for serious brain training apps, just for fun.
I found out Peak, Lumosity and Neuronation but the subscription prices are just crazy, particularly when you want to buy a lifetime licence.
Pardon me for what I’m saying but these offers are just scam.
I tried to find an equivalent PC game (however I much prefer smartphone games.) but nothing matches.
How is it possible that apps like “Peak” charge 99€ for a lifetime purchase?
It’s just a crazy stuff.
I’m talking about Peak but some of the apps cost 500 dollars to buy.
The problem is that these apps are so nice to use and I can’t find any others!
I dunno. After participating in a study of brain hq, I concluded that some retro games might be cool. As I understand there was Dr. KAWASHIMA Brain Training for Nintendo Switch. BESIDES I NOTICED WHILE QUITE ORDINARY there was Professor Rubik. It looked cool to me mystifyingly as puzzle games like Lumines and the tetris effect. In fact that kind of retro game, like Sonic, looks good. I liked Virtua Fighter, Rez, Panzer Dragoon, Daytona, and others. I am a big fan of Mizuguchi’s design noting Sega’s earlier synesthesia design in Rez. Lets keep in mind there have been some hits with The Sims, and Gran Turismo, for simulating. But we should be mindful those button press moves in R-Type, and Street Fighter are quite good. But that groove style in Devil May Cry ain’t exactly brain training, yet reflexes and controller moves must fit well. There are a lot of mind bending games now, like Life is Strange.
