Omega 3 (Fish Oil) especially EPA helps tremendously.
I took fish oils and lecithins plus vintaminB complex everyday to help with my cognition. Feeling better but not a big improvement.

I read that some of those supplements like the class of racetams only benefit those with cognitive problems to begin with.
This is the best Racetam Iāve heard. Although itās too expensive for me.

Yes. Mood, creativity too. I donāt take it anymore.
my own advice to you TheBest is to treat yourself as NOT a number, not one among many schizophrenics but instead as one person with one specific set of pluses and minuses.
Next, do what you need to do to feel better and to get where you want to go.
Last, donāt forget to smell the roses.
