The cover is textured and it has a nice feel to it, i can feel the design but i cant remember the name for that.

does anyone else read any books?

The feel of holding an actual book in my hands is something I miss since I primarily read e-books these days.

It felt so nice and i put the cover to my cheek and it was a nice feeling, the visible outside edge of the paper is also golden coloured. I read a lot online so its nice that i started reading and a book shop opened almost the following week

@jukebox I was listening to a series called my vampire system on yourube but i was 20mins in and whoever was in charge decided to drop it from free youtube and monetise it again :frowning: it had already been paid for, each set of chapters had the author charge for more releases so its really ■■■■ they decided to charge again.

I read a big chunk of my vlarp book last night and checking my character sheet to see whats going on with my character, it was very interesting, today i read a few pages of my Dracula book as well, i have my Tarot book here as well but its just keeping me company.

I just rearranged my flat and now my bookcase is in a nice position in my living room, i puts loads of books & other things on it but i have another box of books i need to sort through, i also threw out lots of rubbish & decluttered a lot (its been getting me down) i cant wait to make use of the bookcase now

I’m reading the Muderbot Series by Martha Wells. I’m on the penultimate book, number 5. It’s very good. If you like SciFi I highly recommend.

I just finally finished Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. I always had to return it to the library before I was finished. A good book about poverty in Russia. My favorites are; Les Miserable, Anna Karenina, Dr. Zhivago. I don’t read often enough.

Thats really cool guys keep it up, i have been reading my clan source book tonight, its a lot to digest (pardon the pun) but if i can figure out my character sheet then i can get an idea of where my character could go with his abilities, this is talking about the vlarp roleplay game that i started, maybe I’ll link to thst for reference I like Vampires?
Here is a nice picture of my recently reconstituted bookcase …

I’m a big reader, but I mostly use Kindle now. I’d share a pic of my bookcases, but they are messy, and I would be embarrassed. I also keep a little crate in my room with current books that I’m reading. Right now, I’m reviewing puppy training literature. Specifically, I’m on Pat Miller’s The Power of Positive Dog Training.

Currently reading Elusive by Frank Close (it’s about Peter Higgs - the guy who predicted the Higgs Boson; a thing that gives mass to tiniest particles)
