Who else loves blue mold cheese?
I know lots of people find it disgusting, but lots of people also love it.
What are your opinions?

When I would order boneless chicken “wings” at a bar, I always had them with a cup of blue cheese dressing, delicious. I’ve never had actual blue cheese, though, just the dressing. I don’t like the dressing on salads, though.

Is blue cheese like Gorgonzola and Stilton ie smelly and strong? .

I guess some of it can be, but the ones I’ve had, have a very mild smell.

I don’t like it. More power to you if you like it though.
Never ventured further than chedder mozzerrella and goats chhese.
The only Stilton I like is the one with apricots. That is really nice.
I’m not into really strong cheese.

I don’t just like blue cheese, I love it!
Stilton and Roquefort rock my world, but the salt in cheese make it uneatable for me, due to risk of high blood pressure.
I sometimes crave Cheddars (crackers) with stilton like i have an addiction.
I am salivating from the memory of it.

Try your cheese with these:
To me they are more addictive than Pringles. I can go through a whole packet no problem.
They design junk food like that deliberately in labs by the way.

Oh yes, but I prefer the original bigger biscuit. I think these things are my favourite junk food, but again salt and fat, so resist!!! Perhaps, at christmas I buy one packet, so once a year.

I think all chicken wings should have blue cheese as a mandatory side.
