Ive had two days of good blood pressure readings. Today it was 121/85, lowest its been since i checked back in march

Just the top of my left foor is a bit nimb. Its gotten better but i need to twll my doctor still

Its working beautifully. I wouldnt be surprised if they want to add a low dose of something on top but well see!

Are you heavy for your height? Sedentary?
I’m slightly overweight, I walk pretty often. I have always had high blood pressure even when I was skinny. I’m on medicine for it.
But yeah the extra weight from sza treatment hasn’t helped I’m sure, and I could afford to exercise more.
