So invested in a blood pressure monitor today. 135/73 so it’s a lot better than it was but still on the high side of normal. Good to know that medications are working and it’s coming down so I guess it’s keep on keeping on.

I take meds for high blood pressure…tried to lower it just by diet…too restrictive for my blood…so I take the meds…
