My doctor took me off my blood pressure medication when I lost some weight. I was happy to be off it because I was getting dizzy and light headed. Ever since they took me off it my blood pressure has been high, in the 140/88-150/90 range. The medication nurse told me to take my blood pressure every morning until our appointment and it was regularly 140-160 so she put me back on lisinopril. Now my last two readings at home were 129/83 and 123/82. What a relief! I was off my medication for 2 1/2 months. It’s great to be back to normal (at least when it comes to blood pressure, lol).

I was put on 5mg for two weeks but it wasn’t working so she raised it to 10 mg about a week ago and it lowered my blood pressure.
