Adding med because my blood pressure is low and I get super dizzy. The pharmaceutical doctor is so nice. We even joked around a bit.

I have the opposite problem. My blood pressure is high. Even after losing weight, it remains high. A lot of it is genetic. I hope your new med works out for you.
