(black seed oil) nigella sativa extract puts me in the present

maybe with some help from zoloft, paliperidone, a few mountain dews. i feel mentally like how a person with bad eyesight feels when trying on glasses for the first time. maybe things arent that bad. i feel less anxious and more peaceful, early today i was kind of stressed so i took 2 capsules now im chilling. there are many accounts of good results from this especially on r/nootropics on www.reddit.com if you search. i think it is crazy how something that if if u dont know what it is youd just think its a food spice and nothing more then to find out it is found in all these studies and trials to have an effect on multiple important receptors in the brain.

usually the second day of taking it i already start noticing some improvements. ive taken it on and off for months

We eat that with food like arabic cheese, thyme, etc

It’s good for neuroinflammation. Nice addition to the regimen if you’re in need.

The Quran actually recommends it as a general cure-all too, if any religious folk need a little more prodding.

im taking an extract of it that is standardized to 5% thymoquinone. the cold pressed oils usually contain about 0.4%, ground seed even less

I’ve seen that stuff plugged on reddit a lot. In the nootropics zone

That’s very interesting. They’re so many things that are supposed to help, like amyloban 3399 and sarcosine, l-theanine, broccoli extract. Have you tried any of them? I would just like to know what works best.

ive tried l-theanine but none of the others. l-theanine seemed calming the first time i took it but may have been just placebo as other times i took it again and nothing.

the supplements i use are taurine (probably the more sublte one) kava (more like a mild drug as it is super relaxing and can make you feel like youve had a beer) and black seed oil
