Seems a modern atypical is usually a good start. I was first on risperdal. It’s been out a while now but seems a good start for positive symptoms. What works for me may not work for you though and you really need to see a shrink with some experience. They will have an idea of where to start.

Amyloban 3399 might work for thought broadcasting. I need more time to test it.
Amisulpride has been working for me most the time.
Cogentin works with amyloban for me. Still have to try in case cogentin works without amyloban

I take thorazine 500 mg daily.half in the morning and half at night. It got rid of my thought broadcasting.
