Being tricked by pdoc? Experimenting on me

Just a disclaimer, I’m Not paranoid.

I was recently involuntary hospitalised. On my discharge summery my pdoc wrote diagnosis as Bipolar affective disorder. Also mentioning psychosis in the report. I have been diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder for past 8 years. I was pretty peed that they changed my diagnosis back to Bipolar without telling me so I had a verbal altercation with my community nurse and he said he think’s it a mistake. Next day pdoc rings me profusely apologising that she got my report mixed up with a old copy (which there was also old information in report) and I am indeed Schizoaffective and that’s she’s sorry and she will change report and send me new written copy. This still hasn’t arrived one week after she phones me.

I’m worried that this is part of an experiment on me to guise my response and reaction. I believe I’m in a clinical study and they have secret folders on me. I believe I’m a case study. They do things to trick me and experiment on me. Like I haven’g got SZA and have some other illness like Munchausen’s syndrome so they play tests on me. Does this sound paranoid?

It was just an unfortunate mistake. My psychiatrist made a mistake with my meds dose. They were convinced I was on a lower dose.

It’s just a mistake. Don’t create an elaborate delusion. My own doctor put my dx down as bipolar once by accident. It happens

The pdoc is a big clumsy and forgetful. But she has a good heart.

When I was last in state psych hospital they sent me home with a sheet of paper which stated “anxiety disorder unspecified” I was really mad. How could they have said I just have anxiety disorder when I’m on two AP’S?? And they had previously said i have sz and personality disorder. So why change it to mere anxiety?

So i went to my private pdoc who thought it was nonsense and said I have sza. Then the next pdoc I went to (the one I’ve currently been with) said I have sza, anxiety and borderline - which makes more sense.

It seemed like the state pdocs just gave me partial/working diagnosis but it sure as hell confused me!
