I just watched ABC news, reported that being skinny increases life expectancy up to 20yrs. Seems like we need to be on vegetable diet. So we can balance the shorter life span schizophrenia causing.
And there been a research that, man being single shortens the life span up to 10yrs. But when a woman stays single the rule doesn’t apply to them.
I have been taking my weight issues very seriously lately - its just not healthy being obese or overweight.
I have decided to go low carb, eating only some veggies and some fruit. It looks like I lost some more weight, but I do not dare weigh myself just yet. Here in the states, we are obsessed with processed carbs - lots of junk out there.
I know that antipsychotics add to my weight gain and metabolic issues, so this is why I have to make a bigger effort when it comes to diet and weight loss
I finally found a diet where I lose around 4 to 5 pounds a week. Yes, that might be too fast but I want to get it ALL off of me so I am sticking to three frozen dinners a day. I’ve lost 24 pounds.
I am 5lb over my optimum waight. I use too be very skinny. I would try waight gain powders to increase my waight, but it was unsuccessfull. After med i gained 30lb. With exercise i lost 20lb. Now i am neather overwaight nor skinny. But genetically i am suppose to be skinny.
I am slowly reducing my med now i am taking 1.5mg risperdone in 5 days i am going to drop a little more. I am going to do this untill i reach 0.75mg. I think in this low does i will also loose more waight. At this dose i am going to quit smoking and that will add more waight. Once i quit for few months and got over with cigarette withdrawal symptoms, i will reduce more untill i completly come off of med.
This is my plan, hopefully it goes as it is planned.
