Do you think that people who hate me and want to harm me are following my every move online since I cut them from my life? Reading what I write on this website and laughing at me? Plus the emails that I get. I don’t know if it’s safe. I really need somewhere to vent about sz though.

I think you should tell your pdoc about these thoughts that you are having. You seem to be paranoid at minimum.

Get a VPN! Helps with privacy and also means ass hole companies cannot make money off your data

Not a chance. They neither have means or motive to track you. People are too busy living their own lives to bother with stuff like that anyway.

Thank you all for the perspective.
It’s hard when paranoia makes our worldview so narrow. It feels like the enemies in the world are obsessing on a person. But I guess you guys must be right that they are too busy with their own lives.
I will try to keep this in mind and remember this. Paranoia sucks
