BTW I have numerous positivity blips.
I’m not 100 percent positive every single day.
I’m just learning how to be more mindful and that makes me feel better… It’s definitely a work in progress tho
Positivity comes in waves for me. Sometimes I will be joking around feeling good and other times I will be down in the dumps…but it always turns around
By filling your mind with positive thoughts
When i first wake up i dread the day and want to go back to sleep. All i think are negative things…but once i get up and start doing stuff and be around others i begin to feel more positive. It’s just getting over that early-morning bump that’s hard.
You need to give yourself things to look forward to.
A positive outlook means everything.
I love this line from Public Enemy’s song “don’t believe the hype”
I tend to be pessimistic as you get a good feeling from the unexpected things that go right
If I was overly optimistic then I’d be disappointed more often
Thinking the worst does have some benefits
Yes.
It’s hard when evidence points to the contrary.
But still, like u once told me, there’s nothing wrong in thinking things at least may work out.
