Bad Habits

What bad habits do you have that you wish you could change?

I put to many things off all the time in favor of laying on the couch, Need to try and change that

And I’m way too quick to turn to junk food when I’m feeling bad.

Cutting mainly and I wish my eating habits were better cause I binge and then restrict for days

My bad habit is sleeping on the weekends and in the evenings during the week. I think I am lying to myself saying I need the sleep when really 9 hours a night should be enough.

Eating too much like today I had 7 pieces of chicken even though I am on a high protein and vegetable diet lol.
