And I’m way too quick to turn to junk food when I’m feeling bad.

Cutting mainly and I wish my eating habits were better cause I binge and then restrict for days
I am definitely a procrastinator. Other than that, in 58 years I’ve never found another flaw.

I’m beginning to rely on caffeine too much. Need to quit if at all possible
My bad habit is sleeping on the weekends and in the evenings during the week. I think I am lying to myself saying I need the sleep when really 9 hours a night should be enough.
I still suck my thumb and I am 53 years old.
Eating too much like today I had 7 pieces of chicken even though I am on a high protein and vegetable diet lol.
Smoking, bad eating, lack of exercise, doing nothing productive the whole day and laying way too much in bed.
