Mine is drinking too much beer. It’s gonna change for me now on. Actually that will probably bring my heath back into a proper level. Yours?
Biggest bad habit is vaping.
I’m in the process of trying to quit though.

Vaping nicotine and drinking caffeine. Eating too much.
I’m addicted to caffeine. Coffee, Mountain Zevia soda, Zipfizz, Red Bull, Monster… I gotta slow down on the caffeine.
When I’m depressed I eat. When I’m stressed I eat. Food is a big problem for me.
I gotta quit eating bad food at night time.
I kicked all my bad habits years ago. Smoking, drinking, soft drugs.
I guess now it’s just coffee, but I don’t drink a lot, usually one giant cup in the morning and then I switch to green/white/black tea for the rest of the day.

Mine is probably just as bad as anybody else’s my girlfriend says I have two of the most worst habits of all picking my nose and slobbering since I don’t drink occasionally find me with a non-alcoholic beer just to keep up the looks of a bad habit
I love wine too but I’m stopping it.
That’s a good idea. For me wine is just causing too much trouble
Either vaping or eating. When I’m bored I’ll either eat or go outside and vape for an hour or so.
I rock side to side. My pdoc says it’s just me comforting myself more than the meds
Not sure if I’d believe him on that one.
I wish you success with this. Humans are capable of almost anything. You can do it.
Probably energy drinks but i feel i need them or else im too tired.
