Back to counting calories

On MyFitnessPal.com It’s the only thing thats ever worked for me before. Really, I don’t know if it was that, or switching from oral Risperdal to the depot form that did it. But I’d rather be a little heavy than go back to the injections. Straight up!

I’m 166.4 lbs. now. Heavier than in a long time. I don’t understand it at all. I’m eating way less than ever. No more cookies, chocolate bars, candy, pastries and sweets. I’ve never eaten chips, dips, crackers, popcorn, or very much fast food. I rarely eat takeout or restaurant. I don’t get it. I exercise regular. I quit counting calories long ago and thats where I’ve gone wrong I think.

I have to keep my calories at between 1100 and 1200 calories a day every day just in order not to gain weight. That’s my maintenance calorie level. Its also the minimum required not to be malnourished. So, can’t win for losing. No pun intended.

Afaik 25 and under bmi is healthy weight but you can try to lose weight, if you’re already only eating 1200 calories maybe try walking or exercising more.

I’m still counting calories and this morning I awoke and now I’m down by 1.4 lbs. so that means I’m now down to 161.4 lbs. I’m telling you people, calorie counting and restriction works!
