Back on track with my diet today

I feel pretty strong with the nicotine cessation behind me. Just a little shaky but I think that will take a little time to pass. I kinda stayed on track with calories yesterday, I only went to 1500, so that wasn’t too bad.
I only gained back 2 pounds quitting the nicotine lozenges, and that will take no time to get back off. Today I’m going to go on the treadmill and stay at 1200 calories. It would help to have some sugar free candies to keep my mouth busy but I didnt’ think of that til now. Maybe I’ll get some tomorrow when I go out to see the fitness trainer.

Just so you know, the WHO doesn’t recommend dieting while you’re trying to quit nicotine, and says if you have to pick one or the other, it’s better to be nicotine free and overweight than to use nicotine and lose weight.
