Do any of you take like a B12 complex vitamin? I’m generally careful about vitamins.
I tried multivitamins a few times but they made me constipated. I would like to find those that dont do that to me.
I used to take B12 when I was vegan.
I take low dose B12 three times a week, because I once had extremely low B12 blood levels and had to give myself B12 injections. Now i just take it three times a week to be safe.
I just started 100 mg B6 last week because it lowers prolactin and my level came back high recently (I’m on 12 mg Invega).
B complex pills made me sick when I tried them last year, but now I do take just those two B’s.
I don’t take them. Clorella is good.

I take B12, iron, vit. D3, and calcium. My doctor told me to take them
I do. It gives me energy. But I think my old one was too much.
I take B complex daily. It is supposed to give me energy. But I can’t tell the effects as I take it along with other supplements for energy such as magnesium and CoQ10.
I’m going to see my pdoc soon I hope. I think b vitamins will help somewhat.
Yea b vitamins are nice I usually go with chlorella
I take a B-multi daily. I also take a high dose B12, maybe 2 times a week. I’m also taking high dose B3 daily to help calm intrusive thoughts.
How long have you been taking those vitamins? Side effects?
B-complex I’ve taken a long time. No side effects. B12 I’ve taken a few months. No side effects, but feel a energy boost from them I think. B3 I’ve taken for over a year. There are some side effects. The non-flush version made my brain feel congested. The regular B3 which I take now gives maybe flushing for 1/2 hour to 1 hour each day. Other than that it’s ok.
