to find similar in our market to take
my doctor dont like to prescribe vitamins
do i need high concentration
or normal dose

I think Years ago my GP prescribed vitamin b complex for me but I felt it made me worse but not sure

I’m on B-Vitamin complex, bought in the pharmacy, Denmark, but there are 8 vitamins ind the tablets, and in different degrees. Some research suggest that folic acid is the most important if you suffer from negative symptoms of schizophrenia.

I buy vegan vitamin b12 supplement and my blood tests are excellent.

I used to take pantothenic acid vitamin 5 I think that is, for spots. It was absolutely great for the skin but I was taking huge doses and I think I might have altered my brain a bit! Was feeling like spaced out.

I just took a b-complex pill 90 minutes ago. It’s had no effect on me whatsoever !

It was an old bottle so maybe it’s out of date.

I think taking high conc of any vitamin is not good as supplements . Some studies have been done regarding this in some vitamins.

I try to avoid supplements. They scare the shitt out of me. Thou I did used to take in the past

My dr sends me for bloodwork for vitamins every six months and starts me on vitamins I’m short on. Then the pharmacy puts them in my blister packs. I take a b complex vitamin. And a few others.
