Hallucinations in general aren’t. You should check out the book hallucinations by Oliver sacks, he explores them in many different disorders and questions if hallucinations are a more normal experience than we’d think. It is one of my favorite books.

this makes me want to not take my meds my symptoms are auditory hallucinations and horrible amxiety and paranoia caused by them i am not that delusional except when i am in public and i think people are going to rob me or worse and stuff because i have been robbed before at gunpoint and chased by groups of people in cars because of mistaken identity, everyone is a little paranoid here because of the crime but i think i have it worse having hallucinations 24/7
