I should really start taking it every day. I have it at home but I have to take it with a protein-based meal which is why I skip it.
Hmm, my bottle doesn’t say anything about taking it with protein. Although I feel like it helps and I don’t get any side effects, perhaps I’ll give that a try and see if it works even better.
