Do you suffer from physical pain?

And if so, what medications do you take for it either prescription or over the counter? Supplements?

Do you engage in any rehab therapies like PT, or OT or chiropractic therapy? Use any hot or cold therapy, tens units or prosthetics?

How about exercise for pain control? Yoga? Accupuncture? Acupressure?

Myself, I suffer from chronic, frequent migraines. I’m on 5 different treatments for these, one of which is Botox injections every three months. When I get an acute attack, I take either two Excedrin Migraine capsules or an Imitrex tablet and lie down on the couch for an hour with a cold pack on my eyes.

I also have chronic degenerative osteoarthritis in my jaws, neck, back and knees. For this I take Tylenol three tablets every 6 hours three times a day. I also take Diclofenac 1% cream to jaws and back of neck 3 x day. I also do yoga 40 min 4 x week.

Yes. Shoulders and neck.

Yes, both my arms are messed up
I have a torn rotator cuff in my right arm and I’ve also got pain in my left arm too.
Probably tennis elbow

The pain is on and off and exaserbated by certain movements so I’m not in constant pain and don’t take pain meds for it.

Yes, elbow issues. Inflammation in shoulders. And muscular imbalance in my hip. It hurts when I walk but I’m doing physio for it.

I don’t take any drugs for the pain.

I have had an off-and-on battle with back/hip pain. Partially herniated disc. It seems to be acting up again recently. Worried that it’s going to get bad again >:(

I have arthritis in my lower back. The pain comes and goes every one or two months.

I have no cartilage left in my knees and have been told I need them replaced. Every 6 months I have injections of Gelsyn-3 to lubricate them, and steroid injections every other month. The best pain relief, tho, was losing 100 lbs…

I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and I had two frozen shoulders. I go for a walk every day. I don’t take any pain medicine. I ignore the pain and that somehow helps.

Good for you for walking, and finding a way to ignore it.

My mom was always in pain and my sister is going to get a knee replacement in a couple of weeks. So my pain is a lot of inheritance. I take tyenol once in a while but usually just live with it and move carefully.

Chronic lower back pain.Painful hands, which I had no idea was due to arthritis until the GP said so on Friday. Legs that can be quite achy and painful at times.

I have chronic back pain from being heavy chested and overweight and foot pain from plantar fasciitis. Migraines too. I don’t take anything for the back and foot pain but I will take some excedrin if I have a migraine. That’s about it though.

Osteo in my back and right shoulder. Hurt my right arm when it got stuck in a rotating door at the airport … knees and other joints are still pretty good
