i never really understood if i am forgiving right
but basically
i do do it for me
by instead of hating them or resenting them, i wish them well
but with a special wall between me and them that only allows small travel between the wall instead of everything
therefore
protecting me from fear of further repeats of what happened.

too it as a explantion either way I have noting too worry about
my intution is stronger than my thoughts

I forgive easily. But I do it for myself. Holding on to things is bad. And I have not experienced anything so extreme yet that I cannot forgive it. But I can also be hard-hearted.

Iām not sure that saying that a person who doesnāt forgive easily is āhard heartedā is the best way of putting it. That would mean that a person who forgives easily is soft hearted. I feel like I have been āhardenedā inside by the many things that have hurt me in my life, yet I live with an open heart.
Personally, I donāt hold grudges. Truly nasty people are not allowed to be a part of my life. Often people can actually just hurt you by accident, and if they feel guilty about it then I can forgive them. Also if someone truly wants to change then itās important to recognize that.
