Yes I’m a feminist.
Guys can be feminists too
I think human rights is interesting.
I don’t know. When I despise toxic males does that make me a feminist?
I’m quite sympathetic towards postgenderism.
Domestic violence. Yes.
Feminism is ultimately about engaging critically with how gender and gender roles are shaped and enforced, so it’s pretty much for everyone.
I don’t know, I’m for equal rights, some feminists thinks women are superior and are no better than male chauvinists.
I make no claims to being a feminist. I want the females in my life to do as well as possible.
I’m a dogist; I believe every dog should have his day.
Oh so dogoist ?
I am a everyonehsouldbetreatedwithrespectexceptpedophilesist
I’m a feminist. Feminism is about the mistreatment of men just as much as the mistreatment of women. Suicide is a leading cause of death for young men, and one reason is that men are taught from an early age that they can’t talk with their friends about their feelings, and that the only acceptable emotions for them to show are happiness (about pre-approved masculine interests) and anger. Women have a lot more freedom in regards to self-expression and seeking non-romantic emotional connections. The reason is because it is seen as understandable and acceptable for a woman to want to be more like a man, but it is seen as unthinkable for a man to want to embrace interests that are seen as feminine. Because women, and by extension, stereotypically feminine things, are seen as lesser and weaker, men are ridiculed for pursuing these interests.
And because of rampant homophobia, men are discouraged from seeking close emotional connections with other male friends. This results in most men getting their sole emotional support from a romantic partner. For men who have difficulty forming a romantic connection, they often end up with zero emotional support.
Feminism is, at its heart, the desire for everyone to be free to embrace who they are and not harm themselves or others with beliefs in strict adherence to gender norms. There are jerks in every movement, but most feminists believe in equality.
I’m an everybodyist.
I think feminism at it’s root is all about equal rights for women…not at the expense of men, but for the betterment of both.
Unfortunately, the term has been misused by a select group of snooty, man-hating powerful women in the past which is truly sad because that’s not at all what the movement was about.
