Mine didn’t respond well to meds only. It responds well to meds AND therapy.

True, that! Without therapy, especially CBT, my meds would have limited effect. I could survive on just meds in the hospital, but it’s therapy that gives me quality of life ALONG with meds…outside of the hospital.
