Anyone try inositol (vitamin b8)?

It’s supposed to help schizophrenia.

I’ll try it next month but was wondering if anyone has experience with it already?

Yes, I have taken it for more than a year now I think. I’m pretty sure it helps me with things like repetitive and unwanted thoughts. It’s supposed to help OCD. Some say you need to take very high doses to get a effect, but personally I get good results taking 1-2 grams daily, which is a normal dose.

I used to take very high doses for anxiety. It helped a lot. But I had to buy the powder form and a lot of it because of how much was needed for it to work
