You can’t exactly buy that where I live.
I can eat a whole bag of tender coconut…haha love cakes with frosting with cococut and coconut beer shrimp especially…almond joy is my favorite candy bar.

I like to drink coconut juice. It’s very refreshing. It’s a good way to get potassium.

I think daily intake is not healthy.
Potassium could cause a risk factor.

Do you guys know how to reduce potassium from the body ?
Daily intake is no problem as long as you use in moderation. The RDI for a grown person is about 2500-3400mg daily. A can of 0,33litre coconut water has about 400mg. Ofcourse you get potassium from other foods as well. I read somewhere that 1 litre of coconut water was too much daily, but half a litre or less should be fine for most people.
I mostly have 600 ml daily. Today I felt people are plotting against me. Immediately took shower. And wola skipped those train of thoughts.
