I want to try maybe know any recipes
I got some that I enjoy a lot:
-Homemade aioli, feta cheese greek salad and hummus. They are not hard to prepare.
For the aioli I just put 2 or 3 egg yolks + salt + garlic bulbs at taste to mix with a hand mixer. Then I’ll add olive oil (extra virgin, preferably from a glass bottle) very very slowly, if not, the eggs will go bad (it’s a chemical procedure). Once you get the desired taste and texture I’ll add a fine stream of lemon juice.
Good recipes are easy to find on Google. I’m on the diet, mostly by accident. It’s a case of eating food that agrees with me and most of this diet does.
It is a superb diet for people with gut issues! For me it’s great for my blood sugars.
