I respect vegans and such but I don’t think it makes you a bad person to eat meat. I like wearing fur too I didn’t kill the animal to make the fur I just bought it ya know. They banned fur in my city but I want alligator shoes too. It sucks .

But it just is wrong
It’s hugely about money and mass delusion really
I personally enjoy sweet potatoes along with fresh vegetables as my go-to for feeling satiated as well as feel grounded. Vegetables with hummus along with dates topped with almond butter are both delicious snacks that can provide good energy. Various legumes, beans, rice, bananas, are all good on the digestive tract and allow you to feel an overall sense of being grounded (in my personal opinion). Additionally, raw fruit/vegetable smoothies can leave one feeling grounded and satiated as well. Those are just a few I can think of at the top of my head, so I hope that helps some! Please don’t hesitate if you have any other questions or concerns about veganism. I’d be happy to give my input
My tips for veganism is don’t overdo it with the replacement foods. They are highly processed.
Also try to add wholegrain instead of refined. I think it makes a HUGE difference.
That’s my unexpert advice.
I second what you say about the replacement-processed foods, they do more harm than good and can put a dent in your budget. Wholegrain, raw, basic essential food items are the way to go for veganism (in my opinion).
Yea I agree some raw is good. I mean, there’s stuff in raw food you can’t really get in cooked food. Don’t quote me on that, but I have a feeling
I think about it like this:
Vegan means following rules
Following rules can be a skill
Skills take time to develop

The vegan diet is not suitable for everyone. But I enjoy it and want to contribute to balancing the world out. It’s ok to eat meat, but it’s also important to eat less of it and get it from humane farmers and not support factory farms.
