And nutrient dense food is important since u don’t wanna become malnourished on a vegan diet.

It was easier to be a vegan when my mum cooked for me but when I was alone e I often could not be bothered cooking complicated dinner just for me so I had vegetables fried in garlic with pasta for dinner every day.

Yesterday I had coconut yoghurt with raspberries in blender smoothie.
It was so delicious.
