Anyone know anything about Aurora, Colorado

I’ve been scanning over different cities for a few months now when they catch my mind… Aurora is looking like the most valid candidate for a place to move to… you know down the line.

I’ve never really been to happy with Kansas… the summers here are ■■■■■■■ horrible and Aurora is just a state away. It seems very comprehensive to my needs, but I’ve never actually been there so I was looking to see if anyone has had first hand experience on the matter.

I live fairly close and sometimes have to go to the UC Health the University of Colorado hospital which is located there. I vaguely remember reading about Aurora being a top 10 conservative city in the USA. Can’t really tell when you visit there.

In the winters it snows for a day or two then is sunny for the rest of the week. It’s pretty nice. Not that bad.

In the summers I’ve been riding my bike at 97 degrees and it really isn’t that bad.

Thanks, that confirms a lot of what i read.

Apparently its pretty ethnically balanced… I do think that says sometime about political climate. They are aiming for that modern vibe with things.

The cities I’ve spent the most time in are KC and Wichita… Really hard to imagine things being more conservative than that.

Isn’t Aurora mostly part of Denver? I stayed in Denver briefly. I lived in Colorado Springs. Things I mostly remember, people shooting off guns. It’s a little harsher and dryer than the east. It would probably be similar to Kansas, except more liberal.
