Anyone here with a diagnosis, but no hallucinations?

Hi.
I was just wondering how many people here have a schizophrenia diagnosis without having hallucinations?
I don´t hallucinate, only sometimes when I am falling asleep I can see spiders crawling all over the walls etc.
But no voices either.
Surely there must be others here?

Last I read, 10-20% of schizophrenics do not have hallucinations.

I get delusions and with l-theanine I’m delusion free but I never heard voices and I never had hallucinations but I used to think someone spoke even though none spoke, sometimes I think someone said/called my name and only to find out no one did… Sometimes it’s like I’ve dejavu or optical illusions like tree inside a wall when I go closer they are not so it could be my -1 eye sight

I get what you mean, I have never “heard” voices, but have had something telling me what to do by accessing my thoughts.

I don’t hear voices or see hallucinations. I’m diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.
