Abilify works for me. But it didn’t really start working until i hit 20mg and added Lithium. Now it is the best combo i’ve tried.

I hallucinated on Abilify.
I was also more paranoid and anxious.

Reading all these negative responses to Abilify makes me nervous. I’m supposed to start on Abilify next week.

Lots of people do well on Abilify.
It really is one of the safest APs to go on.
Everyone reacts to these meds differently.

I had a bad experience with it. For the two weeks or so that I was on it, every tenth thought I had was a paranoid thought. It tortured me to no end. That was a very miserable two weeks. The pdoc finally gave up and took me off of it.
