I have a home gym where I do two exercises, three sets, nine reps, for six days a week. I also have a treadmill and now in an elliptical at home. I haven’t been consistent for the past two weeks because I’m trying to integrate the elliptical to my morning exercise.
Its encouraging to know that some of us are well enough to want to try and go to gym, class or other,
I am lucky if i feel like going for a walk tbh, thats why i want to take it easy and just ease myself into it, so i’ll just hang out by the pool and hopefully meet some nice people and then i might do a class or even a round of golf.
I can empathise with people about the social anxiety bc it must be extremely difficult doing anything with people, its good to know that some of us are trying our hardest despite these problems.
I’m too self conscious to go to a gym but have bought some more equipment and do some basic weights to my fitness regime! I’m doing better and getting stronger. Best thing I ever did was get a fitness tracker. Getting some decent walking in early helped get to other exercise!
