My gym is pretty neat. I go to two gyms. The one I pay for has a sauna , pool, weights, hot tub , basketball court and excercise equipment. The one that is free has a track for walking
Does the hot tub contain chlorine lol
I believe so I think the pool does too
My gym has a movie theater in it, which is awesome.
However, they rarely fix equipment when it breaks down which is extremely frustrating.
There’s tons of broken machines. I hate that.
But they do have a decent selection of free weights.
That’s really bad!!!
Ah I miss the gym. Even tho I went there with anxiety and nervous energy every single time, It was good to feel da pump.

10 minutes on the moving stairs
The weight machines, focusing on triceps, back, chest, inner and outer thigh.
Tummy and bum pilates.

Seems like a nice routine… I would like to be in a gym again, but there’s 2 things, my anxiety is worse than it was and for some reason I can’t gain muscle on these meds, BUT, I’m doing cardio at home and am pretty happy with that, can’t go on for long but I get to wear out the body a bit.
Sounds good. It’s not about how much u do compared to others. As long as u are reaching ur personal potential then that’s perfect :)) *
I do the recumbent bike, followed by the elliptical, then the treadmill.
Next I do a full body circuit on machines typically but sometimes I use free weights.
I’ve never joined a gym in my life. I use home exercise equipment.
My gym is very small yet a warm and comfortable environment to work out in I don’t socialize much with the members there I just go there and put my wireless headphones on paired with my Mp3 player and get into the zone and do my thing. Usually just the Treadmill and occasionally I do both Treadmill and Elliptical.
Ah ok. Elliptical is dat the one where u move arms and legs.

Yes, that’s where you move your arms and legs but it’s hard to move both my arms and legs at the same time, I tire out easier when I do that, so I just move my legs on it. I tried to do both my arms and legs at the same time only did it for 4 minutes and I could feel the burn in my arms, and thanks for the compliment on my pic
