I have cut back on a lot of things, but everytime I cut back on something, another bill goes up for whatever reason. It is a never ending battle, save 20 someone else wants 30

I’m ok at budgeting. I keep my head above water.

It doesn’t help us much… My wife and I are too sick to work most of the time and our rent and med bills are too high. We are hoping to get into senior housing next year but most of our savings is gone now.

I hope to get housing once I retire , but there is a long waiting list

My folks keep a hold of my debit card so I can’t make impulse buys. They helped me set up direct debits and standing orders.

I don’t have many expenses right now because i live with my parents. I am on a waiting list for an apartment, though, and when i move out i’ll have to budget my money more closely.

I live with my parents so a lot of our expenses are shared but I do manage to contribute my part.
I am pretty good at budgeting and I do my own banking.

Yeah I know what you mean I try to save money and then something comes up and I need to spend money on something.
