I remember having phlegm and blocked sinuses when I was a kid but did a sinus surgery and it was fixed I think. Now I get white phlegm in my throat often. Idk if its from vaping, my sinuses or from being fat and never exercising.
I didn’t vape until 2016.
White phlegm is healthy and isn’t caused by infection I read.

Yup. Salivary glands and mucus membranes from the vapor, flavors, glycerin, chemicals. Everything slimey gets activated.

No i only got phlegm from smoking but vaping hurts my nose though lol

I rarely get phlegm i have a dry cough i spit like a week ago but i used to spit all the time then i stopped. I think smoking dried everything out. Well i no longer smoke spitting is overrated. Maybe i do have phlegm but maybe it just sits. I sneeze sometimes. Hmm

No phlem from vaping in my case. But I could see it causing phlem.

I don’t get it from vaping, only from actual smoking.
