Vaping and thick white liquid/phlegm

I think its my vaping causing thick white phlegm in my throat and I have to constantly spit it out. Is it normal? I read online that vape can cause this but its harmless. When the phlegm is not white, yellow or green or red it means infection or lung problems. I wonder if its really harmless. Is this a reaction to nicotine as its an irritant and irritates airways causing immune response?

Well here on another website it says white might be viral infection. Now I am worried.

Is it frothy? Is it coming from your lungs?

No but I don’t have usual covid symptoms. I had covid back in 2020 sept before the vaccines and it was bad, headaches, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing etc I have none of that now. Also in covid I had yellowish sometimes bit red phlegm not white.

Keep a close eye, check for fever, drink tons of water, cut down on vaping and consult your nurse advice line.

Yea I am going to tell my family Dr about it but I am sure he will tell me to stop vaping.

With the vaccine and different variants as a factor,

I’d still test.

Symptoms of COVID now could be totally different than in 2020.

Idk. They may think it’s harmless now but years down the road they may learn differently. Try to quit the vaping is my advice.

With what’s going on with me I wish I never vaped. Vaping is worse than smoking imo.
